Jess Mott Joins AdLarge Media as Director of National Digital Partnerships

With over 16 years of experience, Jess Mott has established herself as a force in digital advertising and marketing software. Her impressive career spans major enterprise organizations like Pandora, GoFundMe, Salesforce, and Yelp and trailblazing start-ups such as Takumi and Metadata. At Pandora, Mott was instrumental in transforming a dormant business portfolio into a roster of significant accounts, including Prudential, L’Oreal, Kohl’s, Farmers Insurance, H&M, and Reckitt Benckiser. As a founding sales executive on Pandora’s Financial Services team, she developed strategic partnerships with top brands like JPMorgan Chase, Prudential, Citi, Morgan Stanley, and Liberty Mutual. Her exceptional performance earned her the East Coast Preferred Sales Partner accolade across Pandora's Client Services team. Most recently, Mott was sought after to consult for a stealth start-up that launched last week at Cannes.
